History

My father Veli Kelebek who is the deceased Yörük had lived as a shepherd because he is Nomad so that he lives immigrant life. My family  continued the tradition of nomadic nomad, sheep milk obtained from their own primitive methods of leather cheese and pouch cheese produced by their own consumption and gifts for guests coming to tents. They have made over the years to set up mobile cheese dairy in different springs in Turkey. I learned to make cheese and trade near my father. In 1990s my father had to quit mobile dairy farming with the decrease of sheep and  because of the nomadic trans to resident life. After my father's 30-year cheese adventure, we took over the flag as his sons. I established the first dairy farm in Yeşilyore in 1995 as a small business and started to make local cheese varieties. Demand for local cheese was very high. The small size of my business made it unable to meet the demands. We used to work with workers from the village to make cheese. I couldn't catch it alone. We decided to set up a factory in 2003 with my brothers. Kelebekler limited company was founded and we processed 30 tons of milk daily and we increased the cheese varieties. Due to the excess demand and the operational capacity of the factory we established together, in 2008 we laid the foundation of a 15-acre open area, 3-acre closed, fully integrated modern facility with a daily operating capacity of 100 tons. We created the Ayda brand and have become to produce 35 types of cheese. The honesty, tolerance, struggle and experience we learned from our father brought us to the present state. With Ayda brand we are taking place at the table of families  who are living in Turkey and abroad
